1. About these terms
These terms govern access to and use of TrimLink, including short links, user accounts, paid plans and premium paths. TrimLink is operated by Net2You, trading as TrimLink.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and use TrimLink lawfully. You must not use the service for phishing, malware, fraud, unlawful spam, impersonation, rights infringement or content that creates a material risk to other people.
3. Links and destinations
You remain responsible for every destination connected to your TrimLinks. We may check destinations, pause or block links, request information, or close accounts where this is reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or service integrity.
4. Free and Pro service
Free links may use an advertising-supported redirect. Active Pro accounts receive clean redirects by default. Features and fair-use limits may be adjusted where needed to protect service quality. Material changes affecting paid customers will be communicated reasonably in advance where practicable.
5. Premium paths
Premium and ultra-premium paths are licensed for the paid period and are not sold as permanent property. Renewal dates, grace periods and release rules shown during purchase form part of the order. A lapsed path may eventually become available to another customer.
6. Payments and renewals
Prices are shown before purchase. Recurring services continue until cancelled or until payment fails. Cancellation normally prevents a future renewal and does not remove access already paid for, unless the service is suspended for breach or misuse.
7. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every destination will remain reachable. Scheduled maintenance, safety action, provider outages and events outside our reasonable control may affect access.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, TrimLink is provided on an as-available basis and Net2You, trading as TrimLink is not responsible for third-party destinations, user content, indirect loss or loss caused by misuse of the service.
9. Ending use
You may stop using TrimLink at any time. We may restrict or end access where an account or link breaches these terms, creates a safety risk, remains unpaid, or must be restricted by law.
